My lil girl was 8 weeks prem and is on Nutriprem 2 formula and gaining weight well. I'm not sure if I should be worried about her poo. She goes once a day, sometimes lasts 2 days - when she does it's a dark green, grey colour almost like clay. Its the right consistency, so not worried about that, just the colour and frequency.
My lil boy pooed at least 4x's a day.

as long as she is going and isnt constipated it's fine. the colour is going to depend on the formula they are on. my baby only has 1 dirty nappy a day, sometimes 2 but those days are few and far between. my first baby was exactly the same - ie 1 dirty nappy a day
My lil boy was 11 weeks early n his is the same with the nutriprem. He often needs water to help him poo but its still a dark green colour.
my 3rd son is on the same milk as your daughter. he was on the first one since he was four weeks old! he can go up to 7 days with out a poo. when he does go it it runny and green. he is under a specialist at a london hospital. the milk is suppose to help them go easier but this does not seem to work for my son.
doctors have said that the irregular bowel movements may well just be my sons bowel routine.
how long has your daughter been on the milk? their are different milks which can help with irregular bowel movements which may help.
