Premature babiesHigh risk of prem baby
Hey, i was told 3 weeks ago i was at high risk of losing my baby due to a open cervix but i had surgery and had a cervical stitch put in place to hold him/her in there. Im currently just over 18 weeks and im trying to take it one day at a time.
Has anyone got any advice about premature labour and babies im hoping
He/she stays in as long as possible but if i get to 30 weeks thats my goal then troop on from there. Any advice will be great, :)

I havent got any advice for u... but what i will say is if u have any worries or concerns then contact ur mw... no matter how small u think the concern is... rather than sit n worry speak to someone... stress wont help u so u will now have to try n keep calm..... good luck n i hope everything goes well for u xx
Hi. my baby was born at 30weeks. i too have a thin cervix due to cells removed. i asked for a stitch and was refused and my waters went at 27wk. my son was ok weighed 3ib 5 and four months later he now weighs twelve pound. do not worry but the slightest thing see ur midwife
