hi hun. my sister inlaw had the same problem she found it was were the stiches were that caused her the pain. so she used watever it is they tell u to use during pregnancy soz cant remember like an oil or lotion n masaged the area between both exits and she found it helped n soon she werent having any pain i hope that helps xxx

Four months is still quite recent, had stitches with my first two (80+) with the first and it was uncomfortable until about the 6 month stage. I had no stitches with my third and things are better. Don't know what contraception you're using but I found that being on the mini pill was making things uncomfortable for me if you're not using condoms how about trying KY jelly?
