Hi Shelly like Lea said on the other post I also had dark stringy discharge and its nothing to worry about but maybe mention to the midwife when she comes anyway to put your mind at rest. I'm sure its normal though so don't stress about it :-))xx

I couldn't post so thought I'd use one of your old threads as u suggested!
I am a bit worried about my LACK of postnatal bleeding. . I bled for 11 days ( none of which were particularly heavy) and then STOPPED. . I may bleed a teaspoonful after I go to the toilet but nothing compared to after I had my first (I bled for 4 weeks and the first 2-3 weeks were heavy)
Do you think
I should consult my dr?
Or can this be normal?
