with both my children i did it at around 29/30 weeks so that i could pack my hospital bag with clean washed clothes. luckily i did as my second baby came early!

Hi I had exactly the same dilemma as you, so I've slowly washed everything ready for baby from about 35 weeks to now (37 weeks) I've done everything, including new bought clothes as they have chemicals and dirt in them too. The sheets I left till last and have only just done them because I was worried them would go stale. If your worried about baby coming early then just wash one sheet and one blanket, that's what I did so that I would at least have something ready for him just in case. X

i use a supermarket own washing liquid but i always use comfort pure fabric softener for my children's clothes

Hi I just use whatever washing liquid is on offer as long as its non-bio. I don't use condtIoner. At the moment I'm using tescos own brand washing liquid the blue one and it's lovely! X
