i'm so sorry to hear what your going through! i no what your going through the same happened to me when i was expecting my daughter (now 2). I found out i was pregnant in November 2007 and started bleeding end of december beginning of January. Id had an early scan so new i was having 2 and the scan confirmed i'd miscarried one of them although they couldn't find a strong heart beat on the other either :( ... i went back a week or so later and my daughter was fine heart beat back to normal :) ... fingers crossed its the same for you xxxx

It hasnt happened to me personaly, but two of my friends foud out they were having twins (at different times, not at the same time!) and at about the same weeks you are they both had bleeding and the doctors were worried. One of them lost a twin and one of them had both survive. I have read loads of articles about this and most stories are that you can loose one but the other will be fine and healthy. I know its not ideal and you'll always wonder 'what if' like my friend does but shes thankful she has one and didnt loose both. I found out last may i was pregnant with twins, everything went fine up untill i was 6 months pregnant, one of the twins had died. the doctor told me that the other twin could have suffered a trauma when twin 1 had died. had several brain scans on the baby and everything seemed fine but there was still a chance something could be wrong with him. he came 6 weeks early and was in special care but he is now 5 months old and is a perfectly healthy baby. best of luck xx

it hasn't happend to me bt it did to a friend ov mine n she lost one n other one was ok bt was born with a heart problem, she had a few complications during her pregnancy bt now her lil boy is almost 2 and a very healthy boy, wish u luck n hope all goes well xx

hey hun im sorry to hear what your going through when my mum was carrying me she miscarried my twin brother late on into the pregnancy but i survived i was born by c-section and weighed a tiny 2lbs2oz and 20 years later im still here and have a beautiful 10month old son of my own.
my son was also meant to be a twin but sadly the other just wasnt strong enough to hold on but benji stayed strong and was born 6lb10oz and extremely healthy. it may sound a bit silly but im pretty sure the brother i lost was looking over benji for me

ive not had that happen, i got pregnat last june and found out i was having twins at 12 weeks, found out was having 2 boys at 20 weeks, come down with flu at xmas and 1st jan 2011 i went into labour at 29 weeks, lost 1 at 8 days worst thing that could ever happen luckily billy the 2nd twin is ok hes was 2lb 3 when born and is 11 months old now fighting everythin that comes his way, like breathing problems and now been diagnosed cerebral pasly, i really hope the other twin in ok xx
