Hi, I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost a baby girl 3 years ago and it was devastating as it had taken us 18 months to conceive her, and the only advice I can give to you is to give yourself time to grieve properly. I found that it helped to talk about her although I couldn't do it without crying for a long time, and we have her photo and some teddies and candles on the mantlepiece, every year on the day she died and on the day she was due to be born we light the candles.
It might help to plant a tree or make a space in the garden to remember your baby, your little boy could help you do that.
It does get easier, I can think about her now and talk about her without crying and I now have a 14 month old son who is our whole world, and we'll tell him about his sister when he's older. The hardest thing for me was not having a baby to hold at the end of it all, I was only 15 weeks when I lost her so she was tiny and we did hold her and say goodbye etc but it wasn't the same as holding a baby properly in your arms and it was a physical need in some ways, when my friends daughter at work came in with her little girl I was just aching to hold her!
But at least you've got your little boy to cuddle bless him, it must be confusing for him being so young.

i just lost my baby girl at 31weeks on thursday and had to deliver her yesterday so i know exactly what ur goin through i get angry wen i see other ppl with there new born babies and think why was mine taken so my thoughts r u with u completely xx
