from 6 to 12 months they need 17-20oz of milk a day - so you are giving her a good amount of milk. but what i would say is that she should be having more solid food than that by now - get her on 3 meals a day. it is also worth getting her on to home made food as only ever giving jars can sometimes make it very difficult to get them to eat "normal" food.
at 9 months old my daughter was having 2 bottles a day (one in the morning and one before bed) and was having 3 meals as well as puddings after lunch and dinner. i only ever gave her home made food but i always based her portion sizes of a jar size suitable for her age
dont let your baby's milk intake drop, as i said above, she is having a good amount of milk now but do try to increase her solid food.
