Haven't been on for a long time so hi to everyone, im georgie & i have a little girl ellie who is 32wks today, nearly 7 and half months. All is well and love being a mum, went back to work about six weeks ago, not impressed but it had to be done. Just wondering when everyone's babies started to crawl, ellie not quite there yet and she getting very frustrated with not being able to go anywhere!! Look forward to speaking to other mum's soon, take care,x
Hi my little girl will be one next week and started crawling 2 weeks ago. She was 9 weeks prem, she started army crawing at first and it took her a week to master it properly but shes there now.She is in to everything gone are the days when you could put them down and they stayed where they were hello stairgates and fire guards
My eldest son was 14 months when he crawled. He is 2 next month and still wont walk alone. It started off as laziness but I think as time goes by its beginning to turn into a confidence issue. My youngest son is 17 weeks and already pushes up on his knees which, after having such a lazy one, I find unbelievable!!! I dont know if other babies do this, or if this is something he just does that is nothing to do with crawling. As I say, t'other was so lazy so I dont know whats average or early, all I know is late!!!!
Hi my little boy was seven months old when he started to crawl, once he got gogging that was it he was off, and he hasn't stopped since, he's now 13 months and walking!
Hi everyone. My little girl was 13 months before she crawled. She didn't even sit up unaided until she was 9 months. She walked at 14 months though which is quite close to the crawling. Once she got moving there was no hanging around and she wanted to do it all at once LOL. Now she doesn't sit down for a second and is a very lively 2 and a half year old.

Meriem started crawling 5 days before her 1st birthday. before that she used to shuffle about on her back using her bum and legs to move. she did'nt sit until about 6 and a half months either. once they are on the move there is no stopping them. we have our sofas in a "L" shape and she holds onto them and walks round.
Hi my little boy was 5 months when he started to crawl and around 9months when he started to take his first steps. I'd make the most of it while byou can, as once they start, they don't stop!!
