Hi steph he's not due for them yet is he? Don't worry, its something they have to go through and you have no way of knowing how he'll react to them. Some babies get fever for a couple of days afterwards (max did every time) and some babies sail through with no ill effects at all. Just make sure you have some baby calpol in case he gets a fever afterwards, you can only give 2.5ml though if he needs it and then if necessary another 2.5ml dose after 4-6 hours and that's it.
Best way is to get someone to go with you, get them to hold the baby for the jabs and then you get to be the lovely mummy who gives the cuddles afterwards lol!!!

i made my best mate come withme so she cud hold katie while she had her jab then pass her straight to me after. but when katie was really small for her first 2 or 3 times she was ctaully completely fine. it was when she was older for her 1 yr jabs that she got upset and looked at me like i was a big cowbag and i felt terrible lol.
hope hes ok when he does have them done x

i think hes due some injections at 8 weeks old. hope they dont make him ill xx

when olivia had her 8 week injections, she was absolutely fine. she was also fine with my 12 week injections, but her 16 week injections made her a little bit grumpy. a good feed and a mummy cuddle helped though and she soon forgot all about it. i have to say though, it is harder on mum than baby!
kian will be fine.

he is a laid back baby so i dont fink they will bother him. im glad jayde is coming with me so she can hold him xx
