Feeding problems and questions

What milk should I use from age 12 months??

Just wondering if anyone can advise me what milk to usefor my daughter after her 1st birthday in a couple of weeks time?? I had an email from Gurgle saying it was fine to start giving her cow's milk to drink instead of formula (she already has it with her cereals, mixed with potatoes etc) but I'm worried about her getting the best that I can give her and there are so many growing up milks on the market would it be better to use them?? She has quite a varied diet with plenty of fruit, veg etc and it would be so much easier and less costly to give her full fat cow's milk but I don't want to do this if it's not in her best interests. She currently has Aptimil Follow-On in the day and C & G Good Night Milk at night.

I put my son on cows milk as he like your daughter had a varied diet so he was getting enough vitamins and minerals through his food. If you are worried then give her a good vitamin.

hello
both my children where given cows milk from 12 months as long as they get a varied diet then it should be fine however the midwifes told me to make sure it was whole milk [blue top] not semi skimmed or any thing
