yeah over ones can have pirriton liquid medisen just ask in chemist, i went other day and they wouldnt sell it me till my baby hits the one mark

Ive just bought a bottle of Medised for my DD but that's for her cold (mainly runny nose and sneezes!) - it;s for 3months + and has slight antiestimin in it which helps unblock noses and sneezes etc. Also paracetomol.
I would speak to a pharmasist to see what other suitables are out there for your baby's symptons
