my hubby is in cyprus (think he on one big hol really & he forgot to tell me!!) he's away for 6 months - and i only just cope it just a case that i have to get on with it.dont have a choice and my son needs looking after

Well, I think you are doing really well and have a brilliant attitude towards it - hats off to you cos I know I couldn't do it!! Hope you enjoy Xmas and isn't Xmas just a great excuse to be able to eat loads of choccie! I've already started on the Thorntons! Gonna have to exercise like mad in the New Year - have got 2.5stone to lose before get back to pre birth weight!! Arghh!!
