hi hun,i know exactly how you feel,it's all well and good being told to sit down as a family to teach your lo good eating, but in the real world with working parents it's just not feasable. My little girl is 19mths and the days she is being looked after i alternate between sandwhichs, salads and cow n gate steamed meals,i know should have home cooked like a good mummy but a couple of times a week doesn't hurt, luckily she loves bits so i put ham, cheese, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, raisins, rice cakes etc and she'll just sit n pick. Now it's getting a bit colder im freezing a few bits, stew, spag bol etc,she also has soup at lunch and dips her bread init!!

my daughter is almost 20 months!! and if she likes having a pack lunch, like sandwhiches, fruit, yougurt and a little treat like a biscuit or some organic crisps!! if she has this for lunch she then has a proper tea eg cottage pie, pasta!! i sometimes give her a proper lunch then sadwhich and things for tea!!! mini pizza is good for a one off thing to pack in a lunch box! x

you could try when you are cooking for family try cooking extra and freezing it in portions
i did this when my other children were at school so my youngest had a proper dinner.
