yes scientist believe that babies dream more in their first days of life than a average college student and as the child get older so the dreamming gets less and babies can also have nightmares not as explicit as you and i but of things they need being left alone feeling hungry anything worth crying about can be dreamed about but i shouldnt worry yourself to much at that age they will not remember them and when they dream is mostly when they go over the days event and how they learn

i have had the odd occassion when my baby has cried in her sleep. she is my second baby and is 10 weeks old. but eldest (now 4yrs) did it too.

i have read that babies even dream in the womb...dont know what about tho lol.
