i am afraid it isnt possible to answer that question as it is pre school dependent. my pre school will intake in sept, jan and after easter.

schools only intake in jan and sept but playgroups and nursery's take on when ever if they have room, ring round a few.

again, area dependent! when you say school, nicola, i'm assuming you mean primary school as my local primary school actually only intake in september and dont do a january intake! as i said above, my pre-school (ie 3yrs until primary school age) do 3 intakes a year. private nurseries intake whenever due to their very nature as day care but pre-schools and primary schools seem to differ around the country on their intake - you'll definitely need to find out what happens in your specific area.
