Breastfeeding

Hi everyone. Can you please tell me when is the best time to express milk? Also I've been told,to make a baby sleep better due night time, give her a full bottle of express milk before a bed time, she will take some more from bottle and will sleep better. Do you think is true or wont make any different?
Thank you

My baby is 3 months this week and for the last 2 weeks his starting to sleep during the night. I breastfeed him and change his nappy before he goes bed, he sleeps sometimes throughout the night but then he wakes up during the night. Babys that are breast fed are hungry babies so its normal for them to wake up most times during the night.

Have you tried bathing your baby then feeding him before she goes bed, because that is very relaxing for them?
How many months is your baby?

VivHep - nobody can make that decision for you. everybody knows breast is best but equally there isnt anything wrong with formula - you need to go with what feels comfortable, but i would always suggest trying breastfeeding even if you decide it isnt right for you.
