Breast milk to Cow's milk

Hi there
my little girl is 10months now, has only one boob in the morning and both at night still. hubby and i are going away for 2nites just after her first birthday, and would like her to be off the breast by then and having cows milk, would prefer her not to have formula.
is it safe to start giving her a little cows milk after her breaky in the morning now, so she can get used to the flavour? Then i was thinkin when she just over 11 months i would alternate bedtime feeds from breast and beaker with cows milk.

any advice appreciated many thanks
