Hi sweetie, it's news to me, Hananh still has 2 bottles of formula a day, one for breakfast and one for supper, i give her cowes milk on her cereal and in yoghurts ect and i also give her some in her beaker at tea time as well, personally i would start introducing cowes milk on her cereal to get her used to the taste before swapping over completly from formula. Let me know how you get on hun xxxxx

yeah they are supposed to be on cows milk by the ge of 1 but i dont think its a rule
if your one is happy and your happy leave her with it but you may save a little money
by introuducing cows milk slowly!!!!!!
just start with adding in food ie cereal, mash and gradually introduce it as a drink.
you may find you have a little money to treat yourself hee hee!

thanks you two, i thought it sounded a bit extreme to swap fully over to cows milk so young...i will start introducing it slowly but keep her on formula for now, cheers ladies x x x oh and donna, i treated myself to a lovely diamante watch the other week (cost only 20 quid) and the way my partners been moaning u would think id gone and bought a ferrari without consulting him! men hehehe! we all need treats...;-)

hi there i no when my lil girl got to the age of 1 she started getting fussy with her formula and then one morning when we got up she just wouldnt have any at all so i rang my health visitor striaght away and she advised me to try her on cows milk so i did and ive never looked back since but when she has her cows milk she has to have it warm no matter what she has it in weather its her ceareal or in her cup
