Bottlefeeding

growth spurts

My daughter is 18wks old and currently going through a growth spurt. But this time she is feeding an awful lot. Normally she will take 6oz nearly every 3 1/2 - 4hrs but today she's taking 7oz nearly every 3 - 3 1/2 hrs. I'm getting a bit concerned that she's taking too much? Any advice?

hi all i took my 6 week old baby to be weighed today and the health visitor said that she was 12lb 9 ozs!!! i nearly fell over as 2 weeks ago she was 8lbs 15oz, as i went home thinking that i had been over feeding my baby i double checked the amount again on the chart, and the health visitor put down 4.52 so i double checked on the internet how much that was in lbs and she is just under 10 lbs, which is a lot realitic. so now i feel a lot better knowing i have not over fed my baby!!
