you cant - she will only take what she is happy with and what she can fit in her dummy. it doesnt matter that it hasnt changed as long as she is putting on weight well, it will do when she is ready to - she will have a growth spurt sometime of the next few weeks, so it may change then.
the rough guide is two and a half times their body weight - ie a 10lb baby needs 25oz of milk, but you need to bear in mind that all babies have different appetites. also, ignore what the tin of formula says that is a guide for the average baby, but there is no such thing as an average baby!

that obviously meant to say "what she can fit in her Tummy" not dummy!! trying to type with a wriggly 13 week old in my arms with my 4yr old pushing me from the other side is not easy
