Changing Eye Colour

At what stage will the eye colour change or remain the blue that they all are at birth...does anyone know? I've read it somewhere but I can't find it now!

Hi. I think they change if they're going to by 6 months. x

I read in the first few months, but my sister said that her sons change from blue to brown in the first year but early on in childhood turned green (same colour as hers) so its obviously something that varies from child to child.
