Hi Laura,

After reading what you feed her i cant really see anything wrong with it, maybe you could switch the fruit pot in the morning to some baby cereal or baby rice with a spoon of fruit in it as the fruit pots do contain a lot of sugar. My son also has a milk protein allergy. He was never a hungry baby and we were always trying to get him to put on weight lol.
Just remember that all babies are different and grow at different rates. Trust your instinct and follow your babies lead. She doesn't always have to finish her plate and of she asks for more give her a few more spoons. I really don't her weight matters too much at this age. She will soon burn it off when she starts rolling around :)

Good luck and try not to worry too much x

Hi Laura,

My son is now 28 months and drinks plain soya milk from the shop. He was bf until he was 8 months then when we tried him with milk we realised he was allergic so were prescribed Y soy milk powder. And your right, most shop bought baby food contains milk which is really annoying. When we did buy ready made food or cereal it was mostly plum baby as it is organic, contains no milk and has some quite adventurous flavours. My daughter is just coming up for one and she loves the cereal aswell :)
As for her drinking so much milk it is obv that she does need something to eat as a last meal. I hope you found some answers at the hospital and let me know how you get on. x
