my baby is also lactose intolerant and i had the same problem as you,i fed my baby whilst he was sleeping and after a couple of days he got used to the milk and fed as normal. the wysoy was a nightmare have you tried sma LF milk? i found this a better milk than the soya

I have the same problem with my baby girl who is now 21 weeks. Although she still feeds twice in thenite, her milk that she is on is fab. We couldnt get her take any other milk, Heinz Soya was especially bad. health visitor has now put her on Enfamil O-Lac. You can only get it from the chemist but it well worth it. As soon as she started taking it she was like a different baby. She now takes 6-7 bottles a day of either 5oz or 6oz. Give it a try, I would recommend it to anyone. Hope this helps.

is it since she started teething! try mixing her milk with baby rice or porridge (just make it runny) and giving it as an extra meal an hour or so before she goes to bed. Remember theres lots of water in baby food and she will drink when shes thirsty. it should get easier as she progresses onto more solid food just keep offering drink and take a sip yourself before handing it over. Perseverance is the only thing that worked with my three, two of which are also dairy intolerant! Good luck.

My little boy is 13 weeks old and suffered from stomach cramps, vomitting etc. the health visitor told me to go milk free as i was breast feeding, this made things worse.
my little boy is on wysoy and i also use tommee tippee closer to nature bottles, my little boy can't get enough wysoy. he loves it! I'd recommend closer to nature bottles to
everyone

My little girl is 20 weeks old and was diagnosed that she was lactose intolerant at 8 weeks old the doctor then prescibed her sma lactose free milk which is only avaliable on prescription , this milk made all the difference in the world she was like a different baby. The health visitors failed to notice the signs so i had to take the matter into my own hands, as the vomitting and stomache cramps etc got worse the more milk she drunk. My little girl is now ready to be weaned she has baby rice of a morining and can handle that fine i then tried her with the jars of food and all the symptoms come back again. I now dont know what food is save to give her as she isnt settled with her bottles anymore and is drinking 8 oz. Can anyone help?

kayleigh - maybe try giving her homemade food of just single veg or fruit purees and build it up slowly to see what happens. x

have you tried putting it through your babys food - scrabbled eggs are good, porridge, cereal, i also put milk shake syrup thru the milk which disguises the taste - I currently now use SMA LF which you can get on prescription
