hi my lo had a moses basket then when he was 4 months we moved the moses basket into the cot. now he is 9 months he is loving his cot :D take care

HI hun, i think the moses basket or crib are more cosy for the lo, though ours hated hers and we had to put her in a cot very early on , but we were able to fit the cot in our bedroom until the wardrobes arrived!!, xxxx

i think the moses/crib for most is better personally as its close to them if that makes sense.trying to imagine a newborn in a cot and it looks really weird.i think the baby woudl look a bit lost.

the only benefit i can think of more towards maybe crib/cot would be you can get the monitors with the sensor pads so if they dont move in any way for a certain length of time the alarm goes off.trust me your heart stops when you hear it.

i suppose its personal preference more than anything.if you decide on straight to cot you always have the option of going to one of the others if its not working out and vice versa.
