Should I put a complaint in????

Hi ladies. My daughter had her 16 week jabs today poor lil mite. Anyway, I can't take her. It would break my heart. My partner took her this time. At her 12 week jabs the practice nurse gave her them too close to where her nappy rests on her leg and it irratated her for days afterwards. I had asked the nurse to put them in the top of her leg so as not to catch on her clothing and cause her any more discomfort than what she needs. Well the nurse didn't put them in the top of her legs she done them at the side. I was so not happy about this but I thought hey ho just one more lot to go. Anyways, today before she went the doctors I told my partner to make sure the injections go in the tops of her legs unlike last time. Well when I changed her nappy just after she got back I saw that yet again the dosey bint of a nurse had put all three jabs in the sides of her legs and yet again too close to where her nappy rests. I was livid. I have had to put some cotton wool balls on the jab sites to stop her nappy rubbing and to prevent it catching or knocking. I have the health visitor coming out tomorrow afternoon to talk to me so I was going to put the complaint in through her. Should I complain? I know this may sound petty to some people but is it really that hard to put the injections in the tops of my daughter's legs. Any advice would be a massive help xx
