lactose intolerance

My 6 week old son has had bad colic since he was born he was on coow & gate comfort that didnt help. Hes been to see a pedeatrtion and they think hes eather lactose or sugar intolerance just got to wait for his poo test to come back.hes naw on cow and gate pepti junior only been on it for a few days this doesnt seem to b helping he cant go to the toilet eather hes crying all the time in pain is ther any one with the same problem?????
