hi there i am due 21st january so i'm in the same boat as you :)
i am getting really impatient now,can't get a decent nights sleep and my braxton hicks are happening pretty much constantly now..pain in the pelvis is sometimes unbearable due to the weight of my baby pushing down too :(
i hope that my little one won't be late as i really can't take much more of this lol
do you know the sex of your baby or have you kept it a surprise?have you thought of any cute names yet?

Hiya, I am havng a Girl, do you know what you are having? I know what you mean about the B/hicks. Luckily I am sleeping ok at the moment. Going to the loo is driving me crazy, more so when you get there and not much comes out - arrgh. Babies think bladders are footballs. As for names I am still not sure, I think I will decide when I eventually have her. Hope you are well, take care x

Heya. Due with baby number 1 on 20th Jan.
Baby is in the cephalic position & ready to go so hoping he makes an appearance soon. Just wanted to ask opinions on how far overdue you'd allow yourself to go as I'm not booked in to see obgyn again until January 28th - who said if nothing has happened by then she'll arrange for me to be induced. Because the clinic is on a Friday morning I was tempted to change my appointment to the 21st so I'd only be one day over and could be induced the following week if nothing was happening! Would appreciate any advice, thanks!

I am completley the same, 37 weeks and 4 days and the little one cannot arrive soon enough! I cannot sleep at all, I am waddling now instead of walking and can barely get off the sofa, ive had enough of being pregnant now! Only thing I dont think I have had is Braxton Hicks. Have any of you had the labour signs such as a show or bump dropping? Ive had nothing and at my last check up the head wasn't engaged so i am ceratinm I will go to my due date and beyond :-(

Hi Ladies, my m/w has said she will wait until I am about a week overdue and give me a sweep to try and bring the labour on. I am not sure what her plans are if the sweep does not work. My bump has not dropped and I have not had a show. In my notes at the last m/w appt, the babies head is 3/5 pp so it is moving into the correct position. It just feels like time is standing still. They say your first baby is often overdue but I am not sure how true this is. Keep well and keep in touch XX

i havnt noticed if iv lost my plug yet but baby has definitely dropped a bit...am 39 +1 now and soooo fed up :( just want it all over with n my little boy in my arms lol xx
