Looking to meet other young mums

I'm Sophie, 21 years old and live in Stevenage. I have a 5 month old son, called Thomas and I'm looking to chat to/meet up with other young mums. I only have a few friends that have babies and there all a bit older than me, so would love to meet Mums of a similar age.
