teething?

Hi, my baby is 13 weeks old. He has never been good at napping in the day but now is VERY irritable when he gets tired. He is constantly drooling and biting everything and has a lack of appetite - only taking 25oz on a REALLY good day and he is tall! He is really fussing at the bottle and is often quite clammy. Wants to be on the go all the time yet he does seem more tired at the moment - missed his last feed being irritable and just wanting sleep. Health visitor said he's prob teething but wasn't much help! Any similar experieces? Glad for any help!
