i am soooo confused???????

i was weaning my baby from 3 months she was on a breakfast tea and pudding..... then i went to a weaning group an they said she should only be on milk so i stopped it all then she started crying all the time after being a happy baby... so i started her again now nearly 5 months an she is being sick all the time???????????? an she is crying constanly she has 2, 5min naps throughout the whole day????? content baby to sad baby.
1 more question after having a baby do u lose a lot of hair my hair is falling out in clumps i have bald patches any 1 else????

i put my son on food at 3 months milk wasn't filling him up enough health vistor said i was wrong and shouldnt i ignored her comment it's your child and you know whats best for them they advise you its not set in stone. he did go of his food for a while and stopped his naps was constantly crying due to him being hungry
