Septembermucus in babys throat!
Hi i wonder if anyone can help me. my son is 21 weeks and has had mucus in his throat since birth,he finds it hard to feed and sleeping lying down,he sleeps in his bouncer and has done since birth! i have been to the doctors and they have said he will grow out of it. im using saline drops and steaming him in the bathroom but nothing really does too much. i thinking of getting a secong opinon although i have seen a few differant doctors and they all say the same. its getting to the point now where he wants to move about at night and being in his bouncer he cant do that! any suggestions or advice would be helpful. thanks x
hi aw bless him, you could try putting a couple of books under the back feet of his cot to raise it up slightly and ive seen special wedges you can by that you put undertyhe mattress also try doing some research into humidifiers, hope this helps
thanks tried the books under the bed and have got a humidifier but i will have a look for the wedges thanks x
