Cow & Gate

Hi Rach I'm one of the advisors here on the Cow and Gate Careline and hopefully can ive you some help you with this. The 1+ Toddler milk is the most appropriate choice for your little girl as it has all the appropriate nutrition such as iron vitamins and minerals that she needs. It can be hard to get a little one to take milk at this age - in many ways its a positive thing as it shows she's well into her food and milk is not so important. there are lots of ways you can get milk into your daughter 'by stealth which you might want to try; Cheese sauces are great because you have the dairy ciontent in both of those and you can this sauce in lots of ways. Similarly a home made custard will use plenty of milk. Fruit smoothies are popular with this age group too. I hope you find this helpful. Happy Cooking!
