Cleaning animal litter trays whilst pregnant?

I am 9 weeks pregnant.I have two bunnies, and I clean their litter trays and hutch out at least twice a week. I would like to think i could continue this whilst pregnant, does anyone know any different? Rabbits do not eat meat this is why I have assumed I can continue to clean them safely?
