There are no hard and fast rules about exactly what foods to introduce to your baby – it’s more of a trial and error routine. Your baby might look surprised or even screw their face up when they first try foods but don’t go by this expression alone. Instead, concentrate on whether they open their mouth for a second helping! We’ve put together a few tips to help you encourage your baby to try a wide variety of tastes, which will help you give them a balanced diet. Get in touch with us if you need some more ideas.
