Sweet potato wedges (finger-food)
- 250g sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
- Peel a small sweet potato and cut it into wedges.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the wedges.
- Roast them on a foil-lined grill tray for 35 mins.
