Ingredients

  • 250g sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
  2. Peel a small sweet potato and cut it into wedges.
  3. Drizzle a little olive oil over the wedges.
  4. Roast them on a foil-lined grill tray for 35 mins.
