Banana porridge fingers
- 3 tbsp porridge oats
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 medium sized banana
- Soak oats in the milk for a couple of minutes until soft.
- Press the mixture into a shallow microwaveable dish and microwave on a high setting for 2 mins. Alternatively, cook for 15 mins in the oven at 190°C/375°F/fan 170°C/gas mark 5 (make sure the dish is ovenproof).
- Once cooked, cut into fingers and wait until cool to serve.
