Being a mum isn’t just about making sure they’re well fed, safe and warm – your baby also needs plenty of mental stimulation to help their brain to develop. Even though they can’t read, letting them look at pictures in books and even talking about what you can both see from the window will stimulate their brain and give them the practice they need to develop. Why not try showing them something new every day? And if you need any more tips, just ask!
