Your baby 7-9 months
Your baby’s nutritional needs grow as quickly as they do. As they’re getting more active, your baby will need the right balance of nutrients to help them develop, and to keep their energy levels up from breakfast through to dinner time. By now they’re probably ready for the next stage of weaning, with more tastes and textures to help them develop their chewing skills, and they can move onto a follow-on milk that's specially tailored to complement their weaning diet. There’s advice here to help you with this. Remember, if you have any other questions, just ask our baby feeding advisors.
