At 12 - 18 months your toddler’s growth begins to slow down. But there’s still a lot of strengthening to do when it comes to their bones, and their increasing bone density is helped by a newfound ability to walk and run, and eventually jump! It’s still just as important to make sure they get plenty of calcium and other bone-building minerals.
