Stronger chewing muscles and their very first teeth make life easier for your baby’s developing digestive system. It’s still important to encourage them with new tastes and textures, but stay close by when introducing new foods so you can keep a look out for any allergies or intolerances and make sure they’re able to swallow thicker, chunkier foods. If you’re at all unsure about what your baby should and shouldn’t be eating, why not check with our experts?
